Your Health Information at Your Fingertips

My AVMC Health allows you to view your medical record and store, update, and share your personal health information through a secure website. Your personal health record contains clinical data from your hospital electronic medical record, as well as your personal health history, including:

  • Lab results
  • Documents
  • Medications
  • Immunizations
  • Allergies
  • Imaging results


Patients may also designate a representative who is allowed to access their information. You can even download and print your records! Parents can securely access their children’s information until the child’s 12th birthday.


Access the Portal

Existing users

If you already have a My AVMC Health patient portal account, you may access the portal at avmc.org/myavmc.


New users

You will need your social security number, personal identifier(s), or the email address you provided during the hospital registration process in order to self-enroll in the patient portal. Start your account today by visiting avmc.org/enroll.
